AI Summit Podcast

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Summit Podcast is a specialized program focusing on AI. It features experts in various technological fields and Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of companies interested in AI, both from within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and internationally. The podcast was launched by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) on October 15, 2022.

Each episode of the "AI Summit Podcast" hosts prominent scientists who participated in the Global AI Summit organized by SDAIA, as well as other scholars interested in AI technologies.

Guests on the "AI Summit Podcast" discuss various topics stemming from the Global AI Summit. In its second edition, organized by SDAIA in September 2022, discussions included the applications of AI in daily life and its relationship to fields such as health, education, smart cities, and human resource development. Other topics covered the evolution of machine intelligence, the ''robots'' industry, and how these advancements contribute to serving humanity and enhancing the quality of life in the twenty-first century.

In its inaugural episode, the "AI Summit Podcast" featured Professor Tony Chan, President of King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). He emphasized that AI is the new mathematics of the world and will not replace humans or negate their roles; instead, it will make individuals more efficient and allow them to enjoy life better. Tony discussed various topics related to AI technologies in Saudi Arabia and globally, highlighting the university's contributions to this significant field that is capturing the world's attention. He also addressed the advancements in AI, its impact on business and human aspects, and how it will influence our lives.
