The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has attached utmost attention to heritage and archaeological sites in terms of its efforts aimed at promoting national history and fostering the cultural value of these sites and buildings. Jeddah Governorate Municipality has been keen on classifying historical buildings therein and dedicating staff to take care of these buildings.
