Sharh Muntaha al-Iradat (Explanation of the End of Wills), titled 'Daqa'iq Uli al-Nuha li Sharh al-Muntaha', is one of the earliest publications in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It was authored by Mansur Bin Yunus Bin Idris al-Buhuti and printed by Ansar al-Sunnah al-Muhammadiyyah Press in Cairo, funded by Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz al-Suwail in 1947. Later, in 1949, the book was distributed at the expense of King Abdulaziz Al Saud. The book consists of two volumes, with the second corrected in two manuscripts preserved in al-Azhar Library. One of these manuscripts contains comments and handwritten modifications by several Hanbali scholars. The book is part of the Abdullah Bin Idris Library collection.

Sharh Muntaha al-Iradat Book is a commentary on al-Muntaha Book, authored by Muhammad Bin Ahmad Ibn al-Najjar al-Futuhi al-Hanbali, where al-Buhuti compiled jurisprudential issues based on the school of Ahmad Bin Hanbal. The book is smoothly ordered and easy to understand.

About the author of Sharh Muntaha al-Iradat

Mansur Bin Yunus Bin Idris al-Buhuti wrote Sharh Muntaha al-Iradat book and he had other works including Kashshaf al-Qinaa Aan Matn al-Iqnaa (Clarifying al-Iqnaa Text), al-Rawd al-Murabba' bi Sharh Zad al-Mustanqaa (Explanation of Zad al-Mostanqaa), and al-Minah al-Shafiyat bi Sharh al-Mufradat (Healing Gifts with Explanation Terms). Mansur Al-Buhuti was born in 1591 and passed away in 1641. He followed the school of Imam Ibn Hanbal. Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority employed his opinions in developing their publication titled 'Collection of Zakat.'
