

His Royal Highness Mohammed Bin Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born 1947) has been the Governor of Jazan since April 2, 2001, serving as the tenth governor of the province, succeeding Prince Mohammed Bin Turki al-Sudairi. He is the fifth son among the male children of Prince Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the sixth son of the founding King Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman Al Saud.

Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser was born in Riyadh City. He received his intermediate and secondary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Subsequently, he obtained training in several courses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and was awarded the Staff Officer title in Military Science from the Royal Jordanian Staff College in 1972, a Master's degree in Military Science from the Royal Jordanian Command and Staff College (RJCSC) in 1973, and a diploma from the US Army War College in 1982.

In 1986, Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser served as Commander of the Infantry and Project Manager of the Mechanized Brigades Project in the Royal Saudi Land Forces. He later served as Deputy Commander of the Royal Saudi Land Forces in 1999. Additionally, he assumed the position of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Jazan Excellence and Innovation Award, the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser for Developmental Housing Association, Chairman of the Tourism Revitalization Committee in Jazan, Chairman of the Supreme Committee for Localization in Jazan, and Honorary Chairman of the Jazan Tarahum Committee.
The works of Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser
Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser has overseen several initiatives since assuming the position of Governor of Jazan Province. He launched the "Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser Excellence Award," the idea of which originated in 1998 and was officially announced on July 20, 2003. Additionally, he established the Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser Developmental Housing Association. It is the first charitable organization in Jazan Province that specializes in providing proper housing for the underprivileged citizens of the province.
The prince's humanitarian and social contributions include the Developmental Support to Aid Producing Families in Jazan Province, establishing a care center for children with disabilities in Jazan, Takaful for Producing Families in Jazan, the Jazan Collective Marriage Project, the Drug Harm Awareness Association in Jazan, the Prince Mohammed Bin Nasser Chair for Studies and Research, Facilitating the Education and Treatment of Citizenship Seekers, the Jazan Youth Council, and the Jazan Autism Center. Additionally, he created several festivals to celebrate coffee, mangoes, parrotfish, honey, and jasmine, as well as Uzuq Festival, and Jazan Winter Festival.
