Highway 75 is one of the main highways in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a vital artery in Saudi Arabia's land transportation network, connecting Najran Province to the Eastern Province.

Route of Highway 75

The route of Highway 75 begins in al-Kharkhir and heads north to Harad Center, passing through al-'Udayliyyah. It then turns northeast, intersecting with Highway 615, before heading northwest to the northwest of al-Hufuf. The highway continues, crossing Highway 40, passing through Uray'irah and an-Nu'ayriyyah Governorate, until it ends at its intersection with Highway 95.

Dual carriageway of Highway 75

Highway 75 consists of dual carriageways and expressways throughout its length. These include two lanes in each direction, separated by protective barriers. Some sections feature steel crash barriers, while others have protective concrete walls. The Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services has enhanced the highway with safety measures to ensure comfort and safety for users. These measures include asphalting the shoulders, improving side slopes, painting road edges and medians, installing reflective markers ("cat's eyes"), and equipping the highway with protective barriers, kilometer markers, and informative, warning, and directional signs.
