The Case Preparation Center is a facility that provides judicial support services to judicial departments in courts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It enhances the readiness of case files, improving the quality of judicial outputs and expediting case resolution. The Ministry of Justice inaugurated the center on May 25, 2022.

Functions of the Case Preparation Center

The Case Preparation Center ensures the accuracy and completeness of submitted claim statements after receiving them electronically, then prepares the case for review by the judicial department. This process aims to improve the quality of judicial rulings through a workforce equipped with legal and substantive expertise. These experts specialize in various fields, including accounting, engineering, real estate, law, economic enterprises, machinery, equipment, and vehicles, to support operations and ensure a high level of quality. This contributes to enhancing the beneficiary experience during litigation and advocacy, based on specific indicators and standards.
