These include enabling legislation for the operation of the endowment sector and governing laws for its roles and practices, preparing a qualified workforce to manage the sector while creating vital jobs that contribute to localization, implementing effective governance for endowment institutions and preparing them to achieve the optimal application of their objectives, and providing investment opportunities for the endowment sector while involving the investment community. The center also focuses on coordinating and unifying efforts between endowment sector establishments on one hand and public and private institutions on the other, launching community participation initiatives, introducing volunteering opportunities, and attracting volunteers.
