The Saudi Aquaculture Exhibition 2022 is an international trade event focusing on aquaculture, organic agriculture, and related products. It was held at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center in its fourth edition, coinciding with the launch of the Saudi Agriculture Exhibition 2022 on October 17, 2022. The exhibition is overseen by the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Aquaculture Exhibition 2022 featured a variety of exhibits during its events, including fish and seafood products, aquaculture logistics, feeding systems, marine cranes, advanced feeding solutions, aquaculture mechanisms and equipment, aquaculture supplies, facilities and services, specialized watercraft, fish pumps, automated sensors and surveillance cameras for aquaculture, aquaculture management programs, hatchery systems, breeding and genetics, transport solutions and equipment, fish health services and vaccines, filtration and oxygen production systems, and fish cages.
Saudi aquaculture market
In 2017, the aquaculture industry in Saudi Arabia produced over sixty thousand t of shrimp, marine fish, and freshwater fish, doubling its output compared to 2016. Saudi Arabia implemented a plan to increase production to one hundred thousand t by 2020 and approximately six hundred thousand t by 2030. The Saudi government works to provide suitable environmental conditions and strategically located sites that meet the transportation and logistics needs for seafood, aiming to boost production volumes and meet the growing national and international demand for seafood.
