Thadiq Governorate is one of the governorates in Riyadh Province, located in the center of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is the fourth smallest population center in the province, home to 0.1 percent of Riyadh Province’s population, with a total of 12,510 residents according to the official Saudi Census of 2022.

Thadiq Governorate is located 165 km northwest of Riyadh City. It is bordered to the north by al-Majma'ah Governorate, to the east by Rumah Governorate, to the south and southeast by Huraymila Governorate, and to the west by Shaqra and Marat Governorates.
