Al-Hassawi lime, also known as "al-Lumi al-Hassawi," is the second agricultural product after dates in Al-Ahsa Governorate, located in the east of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The land of Al-Ahsa Oasis contains approximately one hundred thousand fruit-bearing lime trees, characterized by their fragrant aroma, dark green color, and smooth texture.

One notable product is "Al-Jameed," where the lime is sun-dried and aged before being stored in airtight glass jars. It is used in cooking and beverages throughout the year.
