Abdulmohsen al-Nemr (born in 1965) is a Saudi actor and producer with a career spanning forty years. Throughout his career, he appeared in several theatrical, drama, and cinema productions. He was honored at the tenth edition of the Saudi Film Festival in 2024.

Early life and upbringing of Abdulmohsen al-Nemr

Abdulmohsen al-Nemr was born in al-Ahsa Governorate. His career launched early where he first appeared in theater before participating in TV productions. On television, he was featured on "al-Shater Hasan" series in 1981. He took part in many Saudi, Gulf, and Arab productions. He founded "al-Nojum for Media Production" with his colleagues, director Abdul Khaleq al-Ghanim and actor Samir al-Nasser.

Abdulmohsen al-Nemr took part in several theatrical works, including "Bait min Leef" in 1980, "Zawaj bil Jumla" in 1985, "al-Bint wal Saher" in 1990", "al-Sayad al-Sagheer" in 1996, "Antar Ba'da al-Tajmeel" in 2003, "Manahi wal Malayeen" in 2007, "al-Dareera wal Hob" in 2014, and "al-'iyal Khithrit" in 2015.

He also participated in numerous series, including "Wajh bin Fahrah" in 1981, "Awraq Mutasakita" in 1992, "Awlad Abu Jasem" in 1994, "Sheqat al-Horriya" in 1995", "Ahlam al-Sinin" in 1998, "al-Dirah Net" in 2000", "Ghassat al-Haneen" in 2004", the second season of "Majadeef al-Amal" in 2005, "Finjan al-Dam" in 2009, "Lu'bat al-Shaytan" in 2012, "Saq al-Bamboo" in 2016, 'Itr al-Rouh" in 2018, "La Museeka fil Ahmadi" in 2019, "Bait Byoot" in 2020, "Kharij al-Saytara" in 2021, and "Khuyoot al-Maazeeb" in 2024.

He was featured on the big screen in movies like "Ukab" in 2006, "Zilal al-Samt" released that same year, "al-Da'ira" in 2009, "Min Alef ila Baa'" in 2014, "Sikka Tawila" in 2022, and "Hajjan" in 2023.

Honors and awards held by Abdulmohsen al-Nemr

Abdulmohsen al-Nemr received the Cairo Arab Media Festival Award for the Best Actor in a Secondary Role category, for his role of "al-A'mash" in "Finjan Dam" series. He was honored by Dammam Theater in 2010. He received the Hospitality Festival Award in 2020, the Excellence and Achievement Award from the Washington Festival (AAM Awards), and the Hospitality Festival Award in Dubai for all his achievements in 2020. He was honored in the tenth edition of the Saudi Film Festival in 2024.
