Jubbah archaeological city is located in Hail Province. It is considered one of the important heritage sites and desert tourist destinations frequented by tourists from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. The Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (formerly) rehabilitated and developed the site.

Jubbah City contains remnants of human settlements dating back to the Stone Ages, as well as rock drawings and inscriptions that tourists can view to learn about human life in ancient times.

The site of Jubbah City was registered on the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) World Heritage List in 2015 as one of the World Heritage Sites.

Among the rock drawings and inscriptions in Jubbah are those found on Jabal "Umm Sinman" and Jabal "Ghotah," which represent the early style of carving and engraving, dating back to the seventh millennium BCE.

Jubbah City was considered a main station and destination for Western orientalists who visited the Arabian Peninsula due to its geographical location on the route of travelers' caravans. It is also considered an artistic museum of ancient civilizations.
