Lifestyle Hospitality Fund

The Lifestyle Hospitality Fund is a fund focused on hospitality projects based on a modern concept that aligns with the goals of the National Tourism Strategy, aiming to strengthen the position of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a global travel and tourism destination. It was established on July 19, 2022, through a tripartite agreement between the Tourism Development Fund, 'Ennismore' hospitality company, and al-Rajhi Capital Company, with a capital of SAR1.5 billion. The fund focuses on developing over twelve 'lifestyle' hotels across the Kingdom.

The Lifestyle Hospitality Fund aims to invest in a collection of modern hotels and resorts in selected locations across the Kingdom. 'Ennismore' is responsible for operating the hospitality projects under its brand portfolio, while al-Rajhi Capital manages the fund's development and attracts investments.

The Lifestyle Hospitality Fund aims to provide a diverse range of leisure facilities and distinctive dining experiences for leisure tourism enthusiasts. It also seeks to promote investment in the tourism destinations outlined by the National Tourism Strategy, with expectations to contribute approximately two thousand hotel rooms and create training opportunities for Saudi talents, while enhancing the quality of investment opportunities and offerings in the tourism sector.
