Najiz is an electronic service provided by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It encompasses four portals for individuals, businesses, government agencies, and lawyers. It seeks to facilitate access to legal and judicial services and ensure their swift completion. The platform offers approximately 160 electronic services, saving beneficiaries more than sixty-five million visits to judicial facilities annually.
Electronic services available on the platform include e-litigations, challenging rulings, filing a statement of claim, obtaining mortgages, engaging in the real estate market, completing transactions related to estate property at the documentation administrators, filing requests for enforcement, and requesting the issuance of a letter of custody. The platform also enables reserving appointments with mobile notaries public, authorizing officiants for concluding marriage contracts, documenting endowments, authenticating wills, documenting Khul' (divorce by the wife), documenting remarriage, notarizing marriage contracts, and registering marriage contracts, among others.
Najiz platform caters to nationals, residents, and visitors alike. Beneficiaries of Najiz business portal include business owners and representatives, representatives of public benefit entities, and trustees in bankruptcy. Beneficiaries of Najiz government portal include government entities' representatives, while the lawyers portal caters to lawyers, trainee solicitors, and those licensed to plead on behalf of legal persons.
