Saudi Vision 2030 Realization Programs (VRPs) are national programs developed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. They were announced in separate phases, following the launch of the vision in 2016. In 2021, some programs were restructured to develop executive plans based on the specific goals of the vision and the key performance indicators of the sectors. Each program has several sub-sectors to facilitate the program's work.

Financial Sector Development Program

The program aims to develop the financial sector to be diversified and effective, and to support the national economy. This is achieved by developing and deepening financial sector institutions and advancing the Saudi Exchange to become a leading financial market, in addition to enhancing and enabling financial planning.

Fiscal Sustainability Program

This program is a medium-term fiscal planning mechanism committed to sustaining public finances and achieving a balanced budget. This is achieved by establishing several entities, including the Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority (EXPRO), the National Debt Management Center, and the Non-Oil Revenue Development Center.

Health Sector Transformation Program

The program aims to restructure the public health system, transforming it into a comprehensive, effective, and integrated healthcare system to ensure the continued development of healthcare services and focus efforts on improving the health sector.

Housing Program

The program aims to create a vibrant environment for families and the Saudi community by setting standards for developing the housing sector, as well as enabling Saudi families to obtain various housing options and financing solutions.

Human Capability Development Program

The program works on developing the capabilities of the Kingdom's citizens and preparing them for the future by enhancing values, improving essential and future skills, and enriching knowledge in various fields.

National Industrial Development and Logistics Program

The program works on transforming the Kingdom into a leading industrial power and a global logistics hub, focusing on sectors such as energy, mining, industry, and logistics services.

National Transformation Program

This is one of the first programs launched by the Kingdom's government to achieve the vision. It aims to achieve excellence in government performance, establish an infrastructure that contributes to improving economic enabling factors, and raise the standard of living for community members through eight specific strategic dimensions.

Pilgrim Experience Program

The program aims to facilitate hosting pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques and provide them with the best services, in addition to deepening and enriching the religious and cultural experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers before, during, and after their visit.

Privatization Program

The program identifies government assets and services eligible for privatization in several sectors and makes them available to the private sector. This aims to promote the public-private partnership to deliver high-quality and efficient services.

Public Investment Fund Program

This is one of the main arms in achieving Saudi Vision 2030 as a leading economic catalyst. The fund is fostering the Kingdom's economic and investment sustainability through the following pillars: launching promising local sectors, developing local real estate projects, and launching and supporting mega projects, in addition to increasing and diversifying the fund's global assets.

Quality of Life Program

The program focuses on improving the quality of life for individuals and families, living in or visiting the Kingdom. This is achieved by creating an environment that offers essential options to enhance community participation in cultural, entertainment, sports, and tourism activities for citizens, residents, and visitors.
