Fadl Saad al-Buainain (born April 12, 1964) has been a member of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since October 20, 2020. He is also a member of the Media Committee in the council. Previously, he served as a member of the Eastern Province Council and the Eastern Province Development Authority. He is an economic analyst.

Fadl al-Buainain has participated in several committees and councils in the Kingdom, including: a member of the Local Council of al-Jubayl Governorate, a member of the Eastern Province Council starting in 2017 for four years, a board member of Sharqia Development Authority, a board member of the Saudi Financial Association, a board member of the Saudi Society of Opinion Writers, a member of the Scientific Association for Investment and Finance, and the chairman of the Economic and Industrial Committee in the Eastern Province Council. He also served as the chairman of the board of the Association of Autism Spectrum in al-Jubayl Governorate.
