Fadl Saad al-Buainain (born April 12, 1964) has been a member of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since October 20, 2020. He is also a member of the Media Committee in the council. Previously, he served as a member of the Eastern Province Council and the Eastern Province Development Authority. He is an economic analyst.

He also served as the chairman of the board of the Association of Autism Spectrum in al-Jubayl Governorate.
