The Integrated Enforcement System 'Tanfidh' is one of the initiatives by the Ministry of Justice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed to provide integrated electronic enforcement services. It enables beneficiaries of the enforcement judiciary to access services digitally without the need to visit judicial facilities, except for procedures that require direct judicial intervention, such as imprisonment or resolving enforcement disputes. The Ministry of Justice launched the system on January 17, 2021.
Features of the Integrated Enforcement System
The Integrated Enforcement System allows the enforcement division of the court to have complete digital control over enforcement requests. It features an intelligent notification system to support the division in making decisions and completing procedures quickly and efficiently. The system also allows for electronic tracking of requests, ensuring that no requests are left pending or delayed. Users can view the entire system on a single screen, and it categorizes enforcement requests into financial, personal status, and direct categories to speed up processing.
According to the ministry's statistics, the number of electronic requests in enforcement courts from 2015 to 2021 exceeded 3.8 million electronic requests. The ministry also established central reception halls in the enforcement courts of Riyadh and Jeddah to serve beneficiaries and facilitate the processing of their requests.
Objective of the Integrated Enforcement System
The Integrated Enforcement System aims to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation of enforcement procedures, automating administrative, financial, and procedural operations in enforcement courts and divisions, as well as in relevant administrative entities. This initiative seeks to enhance the level of services provided and expand the capabilities of these entities by transferring selected types of cases to them after converting them into enforceable documents. This contributes to reducing the caseload in general courts and increasing operational efficiency.
The Ministry of Justice has moved towards providing enforcement services through an advanced digital system to facilitate and simplify processes for service beneficiaries, in line with its direction towards digital transformation and the continuous development of judicial and legal services.
Central reception halls in enforcement courts
The central reception halls in enforcement courts provide integrated enforcement services to beneficiaries, allowing them to complete their requests without needing to visit judicial divisions. These halls are equipped with a variety of technical services and facilities to ensure quick and efficient service delivery. The aim of these reception halls is to streamline the operations of enforcement courts and meet the needs of those benefiting from the enforcement judiciary.
Features of the electronic enforcement system
The electronic enforcement system operates in all enforcement courts across the Kingdom, allowing for full digital control of enforcement requests by the enforcement division in the court. It reduces seventy procedures to only five, streamlining the process significantly.
The electronic enforcement system is an advanced platform that integrates more than five systems. It features intelligent notifications for quick action and automatic categorization of enforcement requests for faster processing. The system also provides electronic linkage between internal and external sectors and automates the preparation of enforcement decisions.
