Mohammed Nasser Ali al-Jasser is the Former Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, appointed by Royal Order on March 23, 2019. He is an engineer with several executive positions held in private-sector companies.

Education of Mohammed al-Jasser

Mohammed al-Jasser earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Seattle University in the United States of America in 1997. He has participated in several training programs, including The Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, the Program for Advanced Leadership (MILE) in al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, Birkman Method Consultant Certification in Riyadh, the Global Expansion, Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions Management Program from Thunderbird University held in Riyadh, and the Young Managers Program from INSEAD in France.

Professional Career of Mohammed al-Jasser

Mohammed al-Jasser has held various positions. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Riyadh in 2017. He was the Executive Director and Managing Director of Inma Technologies in 2014. Al-Jasser also served as the Vice President of the Enterprise Business Unit, Board Member, and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Saudi Telecom Company (stc) in 2011. In 2008, he was the General Manager of Key Accounts and Government Sector Sales at stc, and in 2006, he served as the Director of the Cisco Network Sector in stc. In 2005, he was the Account Manager for stc at Cisco U.S., the Mobile Sector.

He also chaired the National Communications and Information Technology Committee at Riyadh Chamber from 2017 to 2019, and the Nominations Committee for the Eisenhower Leadership Program in the Kingdom in 2011.

Awards of Mohammed al-Jasser

Mohammed al-Jasser has received several awards. In 2011, he was honored with the stc Group Chairman’s Award for Professional Excellence. In 1996, he received the Academic Excellence Award from the Saudi Cultural Mission in the United States of America. Al-Jasser was also nominated for the Dean’s List at Seattle University’s College of Engineering in 1995. He was also awarded the Military Discipline Award in the Volunteer Forces Program in Jeddah City in 1990.
