The first phase of the service focuses on personally escalating and following up on the reports and complaints, with the possibility of submitting suggestions to the concerned departments through the service website, and reporting them directly to the concerned entities. The service is offered electronically without the need to communicate with a service provider through the various channels of the 937 Health Center.
