Al-Faisaliah Tower in Riyadh City is the first skyscraper built in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The tower was inaugurated in 2000 and comprises thirty floors, reaching a height of 267 m. As the tower ascends, the floor area of each level decreases. Its summit is topped with a glass sphere with a diameter of twenty-four m. The tower is regarded as one of the landmarks and tourist destinations in Riyadh City.
