Nama Chemicals Company is a Saudi public joint stock corporation listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange 'Saudi Tadawul'. It operates in the chemical and petrochemical manufacturing industry. It was established in 1992 and is headquartered in al-Jubayl Industrial City in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Nama Chemicals Company was established pursuant to Ministerial Resolution No. 719, dated January 5, 1992. The company established two industrial projects in al-Jubayl Industrial City: Jana Company for the production of a range of epoxy resins, and Soda Company for the production of caustic soda. It also established the third project, Hasad. These projects are wholly owned by Nama Chemicals. The company also holds stakes in other companies, such as Ibn Rushd and Yansab, which are affiliated with SABIC, in addition to 'NACIC' company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The company has also invested in Yanbu National Petrochemical Company (Yansab), a joint stock company established under the leadership of SABIC and its headquarters is in Yanbu Industrial City. - Arabian Alkali Company (Soda): This is the first of Nama's projects and uses technology from Bertrams of Switzerland. Its factory was established with a production capacity of fifty thousand t of caustic soda prills and solid soda. The plant now operates at more than its designed production capacity, and to meet the increasing demand for caustic soda products, Soda planned to increase its production capacity to one hundred thousand t.
- Nama Industrial Investment Company: A limited liability company established in 2007 in al-Jubayl Industrial City for the purpose of investing in the establishment, development, management, and operation of petrochemical, gas, and oil plants, as well as establishing industrial projects, generating, transmitting, and distributing electrical power, and executing mechanical and industrial projects.
- Nama Europe: Established in the Canton of Bern, Switzerland, as part of several steps taken by the company to provide high-value products with ambitious plans to enhance marketing programs and customer service in European Union countries.
- Nama Germany GmbH: Established specifically to serve customers in Germany and neighboring countries, handling all registration, evaluation, and authorization procedures for the chemical products of Nama, Jana, Soda, and Nama Europe companies.
