The company began its operations after receiving approval from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (the Saudi Central Bank) with license (No. TMN/20107/30) on July 6, 2010. At its inception, the company's capital was SAR320 million, divided into thirty-two million ordinary shares with a nominal value of SAR10 per share.
