Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University is a private Saudi university established in 2006 in al-Khubar Governorate, in the Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University integrates information technology into its academic programs and courses. Its academic programs and administrative system were developed in collaboration with the Texas International Education Consortium (TIEC), which comprises a group of thirty-two American universities. The university employs English as the medium of instruction in its educational system.

Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University comprises six colleges offering bachelor's and master's programs: the College of Engineering, which includes Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Civil Engineering; and the College of Computer Engineering and Science, which includes Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Software Engineering.
It also includes the College of Business, which has five departments: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, and Human Resource Management. The College of Sciences and Human Studies offers a Bachelor's program in Law and a Master's program in Education and Human Development. Additionally, there is the College of Law and the College of Architecture and Design, which has three departments: Architecture, Graphic Design, and Interior Design.
