Cityscape Exhibition

Cityscape Global Exhibition is the largest real estate exhibition in the world. It is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The exhibition is organized by Tahaluf, a subsidiary of the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming, and Drones. The Real Estate General Authority participates as a legislative partner, the Tourism Development Fund as a strategic partner, the Ministry of Investment, as an investment partner, and BIM Ventures as a real estate technology partner. Events of the exhibition were held at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center in Mulham, north of Riyadh City, under the theme "The Future of Living" on September 10, 2023, for three days.

Cityscape Global Exhibition showcases the latest and best global practices in future construction and development methods, and revisits the real estate legislative framework. It features participation from pioneering megaprojects in the Kingdom, all gathered in one place to provide the best experience for visitors. These projects include Khuzam, al-Fursan, and Sadayem suburbs by the National Housing Company, as well as Jeddah Central Development Company, al-Ula, NEOM, Roshn, Retal Urban Development Company, Masar Destination, King Abdullah Financial District "KAFD", Diriyah, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Nonprofit City, Saudi Downtown, ‏King Salman Park, and Red Sea Global. In addition, twenty-four countries participated with local and international projects.

Cityscape Global Exhibition includes specialized workshops on real estate, panel discussions addressing the latest updates and challenges in the real estate sector, al-Mahafez Real Estate, the Design and Architecture Theater, the NEOM Summit for Building the Future Home, the Real Estate Technology Theater, and the Real Estate Investors Forum. Furthermore, the Innovation Challenge allows startups to showcase their ideas for creating an innovative future. The exhibition aims to provide effective solutions in the real estate sector through the competition of participants in the Cityscape Global Hackathon by Roshn.

Cityscape Global Exhibition hosts an elite group of speakers, real estate enthusiasts and specialists, interior designers, and local and international real estate developers. The event attracts thousands of visitors interested in purchasing properties from over 170 countries, with more than 350 exhibitors and over ten thousand international investors. It features the participation of more than three hundred global and local speakers, sharing their expertise and opinions through over 250 hours of discussion sessions across various platforms, to contribute to enriching the sector by presenting the latest experiences and ideas in interior design, city planning, and the fields of architectural engineering. The exhibition witnessed investments exceeding SAR110 billion, while more than 160,000 visitors attended the exhibition.
