Additionally, it owns Afyaa al-Nakheel Company, an independent entity providing support services to various Dallah healthcare units and others. Afyaa-al Nakheel's scope of work includes engineering management, biomedical engineering, maintenance, security, housing, transportation, environmental services, and some human resources solutions.
