The Jax Art Festival is a collection of artworks, activities, and artistic programs presented at the Diriyah Biennale headquarters in the JAX district in the Diriyah Governorate, part of the Riyadh region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Ministry of Culture inaugurated it on July 14, 2022. The festivities lasted for ten days, with the participation of several local and international artists, supported by the Quality of Life Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives. It included various sections representing an exploratory journey for its visitors.
The festival is an interactive platform aimed at revealing the cultural dimension of the creative JAX district in Diriyah and highlighting it as an artistic and inspiring destination for art enthusiasts under the slogan "JAX... A Curiosity-Led Journey!". The artistic works at the festival guided the five senses to fully experience every detail in a journey representing a series of art and creativity.

Jax Art Festival windows
The Jax Art Festival included multiple windows, each passing through stations that take visitors on interconnected artistic experiences. The first window is the journey of departure, where the visitor begins the journey and passes through five artistic stations, including New Beginnings, Towards the Unknown, Clarity of Vision, Inside the Fog, and Through Time and Space.
The second window, titled "Realms of Creativity," encompassed interactive artistic works that included five stations: Light Installations, Artistic Installations, Jax Platform, Satisfy Your Curiosity, and works representing the identity of Jax by a group of international artists inspired by Saudi culture and history. The third window, the XR Studio, contained an interactive experience in a studio with audio and visual effects dedicated to Extended Reality technology. It allows the visitor to undergo an artistic experience in video art, in addition to two activities, 'Live the Experience' and 'Exploration Journey' that take the visitor on a virtual trip to explore different regions of Saudi Arabia.
The fourth window is "A Journey Into the Renaissance Era", a three-dimensional experience of eight rooms that take the visitor on an artistic journey through history with the pioneers of Italian art. The fifth window, titled 'Taste', featured a number of local and international restaurants and cafes, accompanied by musical performances. The sixth window, titled 'The Crossing,' consists of an open area that includes sculptures and interactive art pieces, such as the giant selfie, the mural of the coffee tree, colors on the ground, and the thread frame.
