The Saudi Archery Federation is one of the sports federations in Saudi Arabia. It is responsible for archery and manages its local and international championships. Its headquarters is located in Riyadh.            

Establishment of Saudi Archery Federation

The Saudi Archery Federation was established in 1989. It was previously a part of the Program of the Arab Triathlon Federation and was then named the Arab Archery Federation. It became an independent federation in 2013 under the name of the Saudi Archery Federation. It is a member of the International Archery Federation.   

Tasks of Saudi Archery Federation

The Federation oversees several tasks, including organizing and developing archery, representing the Kingdom in international tournaments and participations, enacting the sport's rules, promoting the sport, and hosting seminars and tournaments to introduce it.

The federation organizes its official competitions in a unified system for men and women across all participating categories, including adults, youth, and juniors. The federation also participates internationally in various competitions, including the Saudi archery team's participation in the Asian Games in Jakarta and the World Cup of Archery.

Responsibility of Saudi Archery Federation

The Saudi Archery Federation is a sports entity with an independent legal personality. Its budget consists of state-provided support funds, revenues from match donations and grants, and annual membership fees.
