Establishment
It was established in 1983, and its headquarters is located in Tabuk City It is one of the major agricultural companies operating in the Middle East, spanning an area of approximately thirty-five thousand ha in the northwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The shares in Tabuk Agricultural Development Company are distributed as follows: 92 percent to the private sector and 8 percent to the government sector, with a fully paid-up capital of SAR200 million, which was increased to SAR450 million in January 2015. It is also one of the largest producers of stone fruit (peaches, apricots, nectarines, plums, and pears) in the Kingdom. In addition, it produces over five thousand t of grapes annually from 490,000 vines. Additionally, it is one of the largest producers of various types of processed potatoes and different varieties of onions, including red, yellow, and white. The company also produces high-quality alfalfa to meet the needs of specialized dairy farms and sheep breeding and fattening farms.
Tabuk Agricultural Development Company also produces natural honey from alfalfa and fruit farms. This honey meets Saudi standards and has been awarded the quality mark by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization. The company also produces extra virgin olive oil and established the first olive oil press in the Kingdom for this purpose. The company also specializes in producing fruit and ornamental seedlings and providing landscaping services.
