Batterjee Medical College is a private institution specializing in medical sciences. - The pharmacy program is offered over five years, combining practical and applied aspects. Upon graduation, students are equipped to pursue various career paths, including working in hospital pharmacies, community pharmacies, and drug development.
- The physical therapy program is studied over four years, with a fifth year dedicated to training. It prepares graduates for various career paths, including critical care, inpatient wards, and sleep disorder treatment labs.
- The health administration program is offered over four academic years. It prepares graduates for various career paths, including health administration, hospital management, and health consultancy.

Scholarships and fees
Batterjee Medical College offers full or partial scholarships (50 percent or 30 percent) for regular students with high academic achievement. Additionally, it provides scholarships through the Daem Program at a rate of 35 percent, allowing the remaining amount to be paid in installments after graduation. It allows students to pay their semester fees in installments.
Batterjee Medical College has received academic accreditation from the Education and Training Evaluation Commission. Additionally, the Doctor of Pharmacy program at Batterjee Medical College has been internationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) in the USA.
