Objectives
The association aims to provide free charitable services to the pilgrims, including distributing meals provided by charitable institutions serving the visitors of the Sacred House, producing and disseminating instructional and awareness materials for them, providing excellent reception and farewell services, assisting people with special needs among the pilgrims and Umrah performers, and reducing the difficulties faced by speakers of different languages by providing accompanying translators. The association also aims to provide relief services to those affected by accidents, to promote a positive image in the minds of visitors, and to conduct educational programs to raise awareness among its staff. The association seeks to communicate its objectives to beneficiaries through various media and modern technologies.
Programs
The association adopts several charitable projects for the visitors of the Sacred House. These include the Physical Nourishment Program, providing food and water services; the Spiritual Nourishment Program, enriching the visitor's experience through guidance programs with translation services; and educational initiatives, establishing awareness campaigns in health, religion, and security fields. Additionally, the association manages an Endowment Program, utilizing funds for charitable purposes, and a Public Charity Program, organizing the distribution of charity to those in need.
