Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG)

Saudi Research and Media Group is a Saudi joint-stock company listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, 'Saudi Tadawul'. It was established as a joint-stock company in 2000. It is one of the integrated media groups in the Middle East and North Africa region, headquartered in the capital, Riyadh.

Its shares were listed on the main market platform on May 15, 2006, trading in the media and entertainment sector under the name (SRMG), symbol (4210), and International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) (SA000A0JK5M3). The company's capital is SAR 800 million.

The Saudi Research and Media Group was established as a limited liability company on August 29, 1987. The group transformed from a limited liability company to a Saudi joint-stock company by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Resolution No. 92 dated May 1, 2000.

The Saudi Research and Media Group holds a prominent position in the fields of media, advertising, publishing through its diverse media channels, licensed projects, and public relations. It operates through a number of subsidiaries within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Research and Media Group owns approximately forty Saudi companies, thirty-eight of which are 100 percent owned. These companies operate in the sectors of visual and print media, advertising services, publishing and distribution, the group's intellectual property registration, maintenance and ownership, printing, packaging, and plastic industries. Additionally, the group is involved in holding and organizing exhibitions, conferences, and specialized forums. These operations span multiple regions within and outside the Kingdom, including Kuwait, Morocco, Pakistan, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
