Ghadah Alghunaim

Ghadah Ghoneim Alghunaim has been a member of the Board of Trustees at the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication since 2018. She currently serves as a senior advisor at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA), a position she has held since 2023, and as a board member of the Riyadh Economic Forum since 2025. Throughout her career, she has held numerous leadership roles across several key government entities, including the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Culture, and the National Transformation Program.

Ghadah Alghunaim earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah. In 2009, she obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the United States. She later completed her doctoral studies in Conflict Analysis and Resolution at Nova Southeastern University in the United States, graduating in 2015.

Ghadah Alghunaim has held several prominent positions throughout her career. She is the Founding Director of Saudis in America, a nonprofit organization established in 2008 to support Saudi scholarship students in the United States. From 2015 to 2017, she served as Director General of International Communication at the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, and from 2017 to 2018, she was a Senior Advisor at the National Transformation Program. Between 2018 and 2020, she served as Advisor to the Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, before becoming Director of Cultural Higher Education from 2020 to 2023.

Appointed by Royal Decree in 2018, Ghadah Alghunaim has been a member of the Board of Trustees at the King Abdulaziz Center for Cultural Communication. Since 2023, she has served as an advisor at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority, and in 2025, she joined the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Economic Forum.
