Nabeel Abdulaziz al-Mansour is a Saudi legal professional and the Executive Vice President of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company, "Saudi Aramco," since 2017. He has been the company's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2016. He began working at the company in 1988 and upgraded through leadership positions, heading several legal teams that worked on drafting oil and gas concession agreements and other investment agreements.

Nabeel al-Mansour's education

Nabeel al-Mansour obtained his bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1990. He began working at Saudi Aramco in 1988, participating in the company's College Degree Program for Non-Employees. In 1996, he was selected to join the company's program to study law abroad, where he obtained a Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University in the United States of America.

Professional career of Nabeel al-Mansour

Nabeel al-Mansour worked with a US law firm in New York. After returning to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2000, he worked in the Law Department at Saudi Aramco. He led the company's legal team that supported the development of Sadara Chemical Company, and several legal teams that worked on drafting oil and gas concession agreements and other investment agreements, including participating in negotiations with international oil companies to invest in the non-associated gas sector in the Kingdom. He also served as a Corporate Secretary for several joint ventures between Saudi Aramco and other international oil companies.

He was appointed Associate General Counsel from 2011 to 2014, during which he led a strategic program in the Law Department that spanned several years. He supervised several other tasks in the Law Department, including litigation, international trade, project development, and financing. In 2014, he was appointed Executive Director of Procurement and Supply Chain Management. In May 2015, he was appointed Vice President of Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and in the same year, he was appointed Deputy General Counsel in the Law Department.
