Al-Fahd: Spirit of Leadership Exhibition narrates the life and leadership journey of King Fahd Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. Organized by his sons and grandsons through the King Fahd Charitable Foundation, this traveling exhibition tours various cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.

Al-Fahd: Spirit of Leadership exhibition pavilions and sections

The exhibition includes several pavilions that highlight various aspects of King Fahd's life. One notable pavilion is dedicated to showcasing the cars used by King Fahd during his travels and adventures.

The exhibition hosts a modern, high-tech hall that displays a short documentary on al-Fahd and the Spirit of Leadership. This film highlights King Fahd’s leadership qualities, featuring multiple situations, comments, and perspectives from figures who lived in the same period. A Leader Upbringing section introduces the Founding King Abdulaziz Al Saud and Princess Hessa al-Sudairi, and King Fahd assuming ministerial and administrative duties until he became Crown Prince.

'Al-Fahd as a King' section reflects his vision for security, education, and development, underscored by his speeches to the people, which later became a method in his internal and external dealings. Its four stages were titled: 'I am one of you,' 'The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, 'Unification and Building,' and 'Saudi Currency.'

'Al-Fahd and Faith' section covers the expansion of the Two Holy Mosques, oil, finance, the king's dream, al-Madinah is home of the good, Quran in every Muslim home, every pilgrim is a special guest, builder of Mosques, I am a caller for Islam, and Dawah as a ministry. The 'Development Makers' section addresses sectors of healthcare, education, water desalination, social development, agriculture, industry, economy, infrastructure, national development funds, roads, and transportation.

'Al-Fahd and Youth' section showcases the significant investment in sports during King Fahd’s reign, under his direct supervision during the second development plan. Within a span of just ten years, the Kingdom managed to dominate continental championships in Asia and achieve global recognition when the Saudi National Team qualified for the FIFA World Cup in 1994.

'Man of War and Peace' section explores milestones of King Fahd's life, highlighting his roles during regional conflicts during his era, his principles of peace, his stance on Palestine as the foremost case, and his contributions to peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Somalia, Afghanistan, and Lebanon. 'Al-Fahd and the State' section focuses on his efforts to develop the political system of governance and the foundations of the state within a public organizational and institutional framework. Visitors may also explore sections, such as 'al-Fahd and World Leaders,' 'al-Fahd at Home,' 'Legacy,' 'Our Meeting Is There,' and 'People’s Participation.'

Al-Fahd: Spirit of Leadership exhibitions

The first 'al-Fahd: Spirit of Leadership' exhibition was held at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center on March 31, 2015, under the patronage of King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, attracting 84,133 visitors over a 3,500 m² area.

The second exhibition took place at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah City on November 16, 2015, sponsored by the Governor of Makkah al-Mukarramah Province, Khalid al-Faisal, drawing 51,194 visitors and covering around 4,200 m². The Governor of the Eastern Province Saud Bin Naif Bin Abdulaziz sponsored the third edition of the exhibition at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran City on March 22, 2016, The total area of ​​the exhibition was 3,900 m², and the number of visitors reached 59,255 visitors.

The fourth edition of the exhibition was hosted in Kuwait, under the patronage of Kuwait's late Emir Sabah al-Ahmad, at the Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad Cultural Center on February 11, 2019. The number of visitors reached 32,169, and it was held in an area of ​​2,360 m².
