Ahad Rufaydah Governorate is one governorate of Aseer Province, located in the southwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is considered the fifth most populated governorate in Aseer, with a population of 107,894, according to the 2022 Saudi Census. Administratively, it is classified among the Category (B) governorates.

Ahad Rufaydah Governorate is located south of Aseer Province, forty km away from the city of Abha, the administrative center of the province. It is bordered to the north by Khamis Mushayt Governorate, to the west and southwest by the city of Abha, and to the east and southeast by Sarat Abidah Governorate.

Ahad Rufaydah Governorate has three affiliated centers: al-Wadiyyayn, Shaaf Jarima, and al-Fara'in. It is one of the historical regions and is the nearest city to the historical site of Jerash. It is located twenty-five km from the city of Khamis Mushayt in mountainous terrains with altitudes reaching up to two thousand m above sea level. It is distinguished by its moderate climate and captivating nature, enriched with picturesque landscapes.

Highway fifteen is considered the primary land transportation hub in Ahad Rufaydah. Through it, one can access the governorate and travel to the major cities within the Kingdom.
The governorate is served by Abha Airport, which is the nearest airport to it. It is located approximately thirty-two km away from the city center. It is an international airport with a capacity of 1.1 million passengers annually.
