Hubuna is a governorate in Najran Province, to the south of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is home to the third largest population in the province, with 24,823 people living there, according to the 2022 Saudi census.
Hubuna Governorate location
Hubuna is located to the west of Najran Province, about 70 km west of the Seat of Principality in Najran City. It is bordered to the north by Thar Governorate, to the east by Khubash Governorate, to the west by Badr al-Janub, and to the south by Najran City.
Transportation in Hbouna Governorate
Sub-Road 1215, linking Hubuna Governorate and Main Road 15, which connects the cities of southern and northern Saudi Arabia, passes through the territory of Hubuna. This road is the main land transportation center to access and travel to and from the governorate. The governorate's residents and visitors use Najran Airport, the closest one to Hubuna, which is 75 km away. It is a regional airport with a capacity of about 1.4 million passengers per year.
