

His Royal Highness Prince Hussam Bin Saud Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (born in 1960) has been the Governor of al-Bahah Province since 2017, succeeding his brother Prince Mashari Bin Saud. He is the third prince of King Saud to be Governor of al-Bahah Province consecutively, the province's seventh governor, and the youngest son of King Saud Bin Abdulaziz.

Prince Hussam Bin Saud was born in Jeddah City, west of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He completed his bachelor's degree in Economics at King Saud University in the capital, Riyadh, in 1980. He also obtained a diploma from the University of London, a master's degree in Economics from the same university in 1985, and a Ph.D. in Economics from Birkbeck, University of London in 1990.

Prince Hussam Bin Saud worked for the Fiscal Balance Program from 1990 to 1996. He established several companies and factories and chaired their boards of directors. He also chaired the Board of Directors of Zain Saudi Arabia between 2008 and 2013.

He is married to Her Royal Highness Princess Sarah Bint Musaed Bin Abdulaziz. He has four sons and a daughter, and they are Prince Saud, Prince Khalid, Prince Abdulaziz, Prince Mohammed, and Princess Nourah.
