Objectives of the Hadaf Leadership Program
The Hadaf Leadership Program aims to support private sector establishments by developing leadership skills among future leaders, building national leadership competencies, and selecting the most suitable candidates for leadership positions. It equips trainees with the competencies required for team and business leadership, and decision-making skills, and leverages global models to enhance the development of national leaders.
Stages of the Hadaf Leadership Program
The Hadaf Leadership Program is implemented in five stages over twelve weeks. The first stage involves direct training, focusing on current leadership tasks and challenges. The second stage emphasizes applying learned skills to individual projects, while the third stage provides training on business leadership competencies.
The fourth stage of the Hadaf Leadership Program focuses on discussing projects through a leadership seminar, presenting applied project outcomes, followed by final evaluation and graduation. The fifth and final stage concludes with assessment and follow-up.
