Al-Masa'a in the Grand Mosque in Makkah al-Mukarramah, west of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, spans a length of 375 m. It marks the distance between Safa and Marwa mountains, where the Sa'i ritual during Hajj and Umrah begins and ends. Al-Masa'a width is around forty m. Facilities available in the area include a track of electric and regular cars to serve the elderly and people with special needs among visitors and pilgrims, complexes dedicated for drinking Zamzam water, and multiple entrances equiped with escalators leading to the prayer rooms of the Grand Mosque and its external courtyards.
