Az-Zaymah Spring is one of the natural landmarks located within az-Zaymah Center, approximately one km away. Additionally, az-Zaymah Fortress is a historical landmark near the center. The fortress, rectangular in shape with a length of eighty m and a width of fifty m, has collapsed, leaving only its foundations. It is believed to have been constructed during the Abbasid era. Another fortress, situated at the base of Wadi Nakhlah, was built in 1804 during the reign of Imam Saud Bin Abdulaziz Bin Mohammed Bin Saud, the third imam of the First Saudi State.
