List of Imams of the Prophet's Mosque

The Agency of the General Authority for the Affairs of the Imams and Muezzins at the Prophet's Mosque issues a weekly schedule for the Imams of the Prophet's Mosque for the obligatory prayers. The Imams are:

Ali Bin Abdulrahman al-Hudhaifi: Appointed as Imam and Khateeb of the Prophet's Mosque in 1979.

Abdulbari Bin Awadh ath-Thubaity: Appointed as Imam and Khateeb of the Prophet's Mosque in 1993.

Abdulmuhsin Bin Mohammed al-Qasim: Appointed as Imam and Khateeb of the Prophet's Mosque in 1997.

Hussein Bin Abdulaziz Al al-Sheikh: Appointed as Imam of the Prophet's Mosque in 1997.

Salah Bin Mohammed al-Budair: Appointed as Imam and Khateeb of the Prophet's Mosque in 1998.

Abdullah Bin Abdurrahman al-Bu'ayjan al-Tamimi: Appointed as Imam of the Prophet's Mosque in 2013.

Ahmed Taleb Hameed: Appointed as Imam of the Prophet's Mosque in 2013.

Khalid Suleiman al-Muhanna al-Shammari: Appointed as Imam of the Prophet's Mosque in 2019.
