Saad Abdulaziz al-Khalab is the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi EXIM Bank. He is the former Chairman of the Saudi Ports Authority and Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistic Services. He assumed several leadership positions in many private sector companies and establishments, in addition to several government and sub-committees.

Saad al-Khalab obtained a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals. He attended several courses and workshops within his field of studies.
