Said partners are THIQAH Business Services, Takamol Holding, Bank Albilad, Alinma Bank, and Gulf International Bank (GIB). "Bayan" is the first credit company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank.

Establishment of Bayan Credit Bureau

Bayan Credit Bureau was established in 2015 by the decision of the Minister of Commerce with a capital of 100 million riyals. It aims to provide programs and applications that help create and analyze vital economic databases; produce reliable commercial, credit, and financial information; enable trust in Saudi companies, especially small and medium-sized ones; and detect the risks of dealing with other entities.

Bayan Credit Bureau Services

Bayan Credit Bureau is concerned with verifying the quality of credit data, elevating intraregional trade, and supporting and encouraging the relevant financial industries, such as factoring and providing credit and guarantees.

It helps business owners effectively and efficiently make informed decisions through the Bayan Report and the Bayan Global Credit Report, which enables knowing the current credit status of clients via official sources approved at the national and international levels. Bayan Report includes more than 150 million commercial registers, more than 150,000 audited financial statements of the Kingdom, and more than 200 million companies globally registered within Bayan Global.

"Bayan" is a pioneer company in providing commercial, financial, and credit information in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which, in turn, increases the contribution of small and medium-sized companies to the economy by supporting and facilitating their acquisition of capital.

Bayan Credit Bureau raises the efficiency of credit management and builds effective collection strategies for companies through BayanPay Wallet, which helps analyze and evaluate clients' behavior and follow up on credit changes. It also provides permanent access to the market average via Bayan indicators, which contain charts, financial ratios, and information about more than 40,000 national companies in all sectors of the Kingdom. Additionally, it offers consultations through a group of advisors and experts in international credit.

Bayan Credit Bureau obtains information from the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Investment, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, government entities, banks, and finance companies.
