MEDGULF began its operations in 1995 under an agency agreement. It was then established as an independent entity by Royal Decree on October 11, 2006, and listed on the Saudi Exchange on April 16, 2007. Company products
MEDGULF offers group health insurance plans that cover medical consultations, medications, lab tests, hospital admissions, and surgeries. The company has designed the 'Nabd' program for small and medium enterprises, which includes medication refill services to address monthly medical needs, guides members to the nearest pharmacy, or delivers the medication directly to them.
MEDGULF also provides third-party motor insurance, covering bodily injuries and financial compensation, as well as comprehensive motor insurance, which offers compensation to both the insured and third parties.
MEDGULF's insurance products include travel insurance, aviation insurance, property all risks insurance, personal accident insurance, and professional and engineering project insurance, which encompass employer liability insurance and professional liability insurance. Additionally, MEDGULF offers money insurance against theft and damage, fidelity guarantee policies, specialized policies for banks and financial institutions, and marine insurance for cargo and hulls.
