2021: The program organized the first meeting to improve the arrival and departure experience for the pilgrims, with the participation of the Ministry of Interior and in cooperation with nine government entities.
2022: Participation in the Twenty-First Scientific Forum for Hajj, Umrah, and Visit Research, with a pavilion bearing the slogan 'From Idea to Memory,' showcasing the developments in the Pilgrim Experience service system since the launch of Saudi Vision 2030.
