The program provided participants with the opportunity to connect with specialists in scientific research through approximately sixty interactive individual mentorship and professional sessions. These sessions aimed to enhance research skills in various fields, including qualitative and quantitative research, mixed methods, literature reviews, references and citations, academic writing skills, and meta-analysis. The program also offered detailed explanations of research ethics, principles of creativity and innovation, how to secure research funding, teamwork skills, criteria for academic promotions, and conditions for scientific publishing.
