Dulani Business Center is one of the Social Development Bank's programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Established in 2015, it offers a range of non-financial services, such as training, consultation, guidance, and empowerment programs, targeting male and female entrepreneurs and owners of micro and small enterprises. It seeks to help them establish and sustain their projects on modern administrative, technical, and scientific foundations.

Dulani Business Center is headquartered in the capital, Riyadh, and aims to expand to the rest of the Kingdom's provinces. Registration for the center's services can be made through its website, and the Social Development Bank fully supports all services provided.

Programs of the Dulani Business Center

The center offers eight programs: development programs, consulting and guidance, spreading of the culture of self-employment, supply chain support program, supporting events, rehabilitation and empowerment of workers, Saudi Empretec, and preparation camps for financing. Until 2022, the total number of beneficiaries exceeded 34.3 thousand.

Objectives of Dulani Business Center

The center aims to achieve a number of goals, most notably: supporting and empowering those wishing to establish their projects on sound foundations, as well as contributing to the sustainability of the enterprises' work, ensuring their long-term continuity, and increasing their efficiency. Moreover, the center decreases default rates for small enterprises and startups, maximizes impact by activating social responsibility and volunteer work for entities and individuals to support and empower target groups, raises the capabilities of entities, and empowers workers in small and micro enterprises and productive families.

Dulani Business Center is one of the Social Development Bank's programs through which the bank aims to increase the contribution of SMEs to the economy, enable financial institutions to support the private sector growth, and increase the contribution of productive families to the economy. It also enables non-profit organizations to achieve a profound impact, increases women's participation in the labor market, enhances and enables financial planning, and allows citizens to access social services.

The center's consultants provide guidance to entrepreneurs and owners of small enterprises and start-ups in the following sectors: human resources, finance and fintech, commercial excellence, applications, entrepreneurship and project establishment, operations, investment and financing, education, insurance, planning and quality, marketing, law, technology, e-commerce, innovation, and restaurants and cafes, in addition to the industry, tourism, hotel, entertainment, sports, and medical sectors.
