Al-Jabr Holding is a Saudi family business, established in 1952 by Hamad al-Jabr's sons as a small company specializing in food commerce in ‏al-Ahsa City, followed by the launch of other companies in different fields.

The company debuted on the international scene in 1956 in al-Khubar City. Today, al-Jabr Holding is a multi-line conglomerate maintaining a well-diversified portfolio invested in various sectors such as Automobile, Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Oil and Gas Services, Contracting, Home Appliances, Food and Beverages, Laundry and Dry Cleaning, Light Industry and Agriculture.

The company expanded its offices and distribution networks to be present across the cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Arabian Gulf region.

Company projects

In 1956, the company witnessed the inauguration of the first auto showroom in al-Khubar City under the name "Prince Motors."

The group established al-Jabr Laundry in 1974, opening its first plant in al-Ahsa. The first plant was very successful, which led to the establishment of many branches. The second plant was inaugurated in ‏al-Jubayl City‏ in 1983, followed by the third plant after five years in 1988 in Riyadh, a fourth in Jeddah City in 2005, and most recently, a fifth plant in Riyadh City.

Al-Jabr Soft Drinks started operations in 1979 as a specialized beverage company, offering a wide range of consumer goods. The company's bottling plant is located in al-Ahsa City and includes three main production lines reinforced with multiple mechanisms to produce beverages.

The company established Gulf Carton Factory in 1994, which is an integrated manufacturer of cartons and packaging materials.

In 1998, al-Jabr Electronics was established after signing an agreement with Haier Group to become the sole distributor of their products in the Kingdom.

In 2008, al-Jabr Group was about to enter a new domain in the automotive field, as it was granted exclusive distribution rights in the Kingdom for Kia Motors Dealership and Kia Motors.

Also in 2008, al-Jabr Holding introduced Sure Level Factories to the Kingdom and Gulf countries.

In 2009, al-Jabr Car Rentals was established and has since expanded to fifteen branches across the Kingdom. In 2014, al-Jabr Financing Corporation was established as a joint-stock Saudi company licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), acting as the financing arm of al-Jabr Automotive.
