Nusuk Platform

Nusuk Platform is a Saudi government platform affiliated with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah under the Pilgrim Experience Program. It allows travelers from all over the world to organize and plan their visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Umrah and visitation, starting with applying for an electronic visa, booking hotels and flights, and using services and facilities for travelers to Makkah al-Mukarramah and al-Madinah al-Munawwarah for Hajj, Umrah, or visitation.

Nusuk platform was launched on September 26, 2022, following its transformation from Eatmarna platform to Nusuk platfrom. Since its launch, Eatmarna electronic platform has been used by about 21.5 million Hajj and Umrah pilgrims, and issued about 34.4 million permits for Umrah and 6.4 million permits for prayer in al-Rawdah al-Sharifa. Visitors from about 213 nationalities from around the world also registered on the platform.

Nusuk platform seeks to facilitate and streamline the arrival of pilgrims from both within the Kingdom and the world to Makkah al-Mukarramah and al-Madinah al-Munawwarah through the provision of services and facilities, whether for Hajj, Umrah, or visiting. It also provides visitors with a rich religious and cultural experience and helps with enhancing the quality of services provided.

Nusuk platform offers an array of services to pilgrims, including receiving electronic visa applications, obtaining permits to perform Hajj or Umrah, and booking various packages and programs for those visiting Makkah al-Mukarramah and al-Madinah al-Munawwarah. The platform also provides interactive map services for visitors, various offers and activities, health services and information, and a digital guide in several languages. It connects visitors and Umrah performers with private sector services, provides customized courses for workers in the sector, and facilitates reservation and payment procedures and communication with service providers.

Nusuk platform is linked to Visit Saudi's programs, facilitating the reservation and communication procedures for visitors to Makkah al-Mukarramah and al-Madinah al-Munawwarah, in addition to enriching their experiences during their trip.
