Tathlith Governorate is a governorate in Aseer Province in southwestern of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, located 250 km away from the emirate of the province's headquarters. It is home to 1.8 percent of the province's population and their number is estimated by 2022 Saudi Census at 36,451 inhabitants. The governorate has sixteen centers, and it is classified within Category (B) for the administrative division of the governorates.

Thalith Governorate occupies most of the eastern part of Aseer Province, bordering three administrative regions: Riyadh Province from the east; Najran Province from the south; and Makkah al-Mukarramah Province from the north; and from the west by the governorates of Bishah, Khamis Mushayt, Tarib, and Dhahran al-Janub.

Tathlith Governorate relies on Abha Airport, its nearest airport, located approximately 210 km away from the city center. It is an international airport with a capacity of about 1.1 million passengers per year.
The governorate is accessible by land via Highway 10, which is the main route to and from Tathlith.
